I love this little coffee and tea shop! The owner and employees are always so friendly and helpful! There are a lot of different coffee and tea drinks to choose from. Get the affogato if you’re in the mood for something decadent! What I really love about the shop is their support of the local arts! Each month there is a fresh showing of artwork on the walls. Usually there is a meet the artist event some time during the month. There is a space with casual seating and lots of little tables and chairs. There is one large table with higher chairs that is perfect for larger group meetings. If you haven’t been here, come check it out!

The space itself seems very subtle and hip, the service was not so great. The cashier had a very dry attitude and I was not welcomed in. I also was not thanked after I made my purchase. The cashier was like here is your sandwich. I just walked out and said have a good day. The sandwich was ok but a bit pricey and the coffee tasted a bit burnt, maybe a bit on the older side. Will not be coming back.

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea in McKinney has been such a wonderful venue partner for Color me SAFE Foundation’s Hey SAATHI! SAFE Spaces for almost two years, and we are truly grateful for them. From the very beginning, Ash and his team have created a warm, welcoming, and community-centered atmosphere for our groups. Their service has been impeccable, and they consistently go above and beyond to accommodate our sessions, even when we bring in large groups! And they do it all with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care - always with a smile on their face! And of course, the pastries, food, coffee, teas, and drinks are always wonderful... fresh, yummy, and truly up to par! It makes the experience even more enjoyable when our community members can gather in a beautiful space, enjoy delicious treats, and feel completely welcomed. What makes Sweetwaters McKinney so special is not just the space, food, or service, but the heart behind it. They truly pour back into the community and make people feel seen, welcomed, and valued. As a Founder of small nonprofit, it means so much to have a venue that understands the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for meaningful conversation

A very good coffee spot in this area of the town. I tried their French Vietnamese au lait with double shot and i was really great. The flavors are so infused and rich in taste. I also tried their hash-browns. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lot of area and space to collaborate.
